Dragon Fruit and Blueberry smoothie

In Winter I really avoid smoothies as they just don't work for my body.  I look forward to summer and getting a chance to enjoy these.


1 cup dragon fruit
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2  banana
1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries

1teaspoon of the smoothie blend
1 scoop bare blends vanilla protein

1/2 cup filtered or spring water water
